Seminar on "Innovative Strategies for Accelerated Success" Sparks Enthusiasm and Collaboration
TORONTO, December 1, 2023 - A transformative seminar, "Innovative Strategies for Accelerated Success," unfolded on Friday, December 1, 2023, in Toronto. Orchestrated by Globallink Holding in partnership with the Canada-Iran Business Administration (CIBA), the event showcased a unique dual structure.
The seminar, hosted at the Improve Mall of Canada in Toronto, commenced with a warm welcome from Mahnaz Alikhani, the program host. Despite challenging weather conditions, Alikhani expressed gratitude to the attendees and provided an introduction to the collaborative efforts of CIBA and Globallink Holding. A round of introductions followed, enabling participants to share insights into their respective business sectors.
Mohammad Vahidirad, Director of Canada-Iran Business Association (CIBA) and Legal and Financial Director at Globallink, took the stage as the first speaker. He delved into the association's rich history, international achievements, and emphasized the pivotal role of Globallink Holding. Following this, Majid Ghalamshahi, Director of Technology and Innovation at Globallink Holding, delivered a presentation underscoring the company's crucial support for new businesses and startups, emphasizing the significance of collaborative team building.
Habib Mousavi, the Executive Director of the Trade Department at Globallink Holding, was the third speaker, shedding light on modern trade's new strategic principles. He stressed the importance of leveraging innovative solutions and advanced marketing methodologies. The segment also featured highlights from the accomplishments of the October seminar.

In the seminar's second part, an animated video case study of a 16-year-experienced logistics business in Toronto was presented. Majid Ghalamshahi conducted a comprehensive analysis of the company's current valuation, considering various financial data and scenarios. Habib Mousavi then provided a detailed evaluation of the business using the Business Model Canvas, spotlighting its transition to a digital and automated app. The business's needs were categorized into seven distinct areas, leading to an invitation for participants with relevant expertise to volunteer for collaboration on this project. This initiative witnessed remarkable interest, with 10 volunteers committing to the startup project.
The seminar concluded with a lively Q&A session, where each speaker and volunteer engaged with queries posed by the host and the eager participants.
